Warranty and Care

I hope you enjoy your new custom-made handbag by Red Clay, Blue Water. Each bag is unique, carefully handcrafted by me.

The exterior of your new bag is crafted with faux leather. The interior is cotton or polyester-cotton reinforced by interfacing.

Should your bag get a little dirty over time, just wipe it down with a soft cloth and warm water. If necessary, you can clean any external areas with a small amount of dish washing liquid, then wiping down with a damp cloth.

Do not wash your bag in the washing machine or submerge it entirely in any liquid.

While constructed with the best materials and reinforced throughout, your bag is not meant for excessively heavy items, or to be over-filled. Either of these will cause enough strain on the bag to damage the seams and may result in damage.

My bags have a 30 day warranty. If for any reason, under normal wear and tear, your bag has a failure, you can return it for repair (if possible) or a full refund.

As with any handmade good, you may see imperfections. But I hope instead you see the result of something that was 100% hand-crafted by one person from beginning to end and not mass produced or factory-made.
